  • I never write reviews for these type of stores but after my visit here, I needed to share my experience... I was strolling around Eaton Centre and was looking for a birthday gift for my mom. I wasn't expecting to buy anything here but I was surprised by the options. It's been awhile since I've bought from Coach but I found that the styles were more classy and chic than before. The staff at this location were very friendly, patient and helpful. I wasn't exactly sure what to get, but I described that I wanted something similar to a leather clutch. The employee serving me took the time to show me multiple options and she really demonstrated her knowledge as she told me about the materials and care needed for each purse. Normally, I'd feel very pressured to buy something at these stores but she wasn't pushy at all. I told her that I wanted to make the gift special and she told me about the free stamping service and cleaning service provided by the store as well. I ended up buying a wristlet from the Selena Gomez collection with a free purse tag that I customized. I chose a symbol of luck which was stamped onto the purse tag in gold lettering. It was a neat, final touch which made the wristlet look even more beautiful! Overall, I was quite impressed by the customer service at this location, and I'll probably be back in the future when I'm looking for a new bag. I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for something unique and you want to add a special touch to a gift!
