I gave it a mere 2 based on 10 years of comparison & experience I've had with other Purrfect Auto franchises. I get it was a basic oil change. However, I'd still would've appreciated a comprehensive list of items that need attention.
Pretty much like a fast food restaurant. In & Out. Pay n leave. It makes me feel like he's cutting corners. Who knows what quality of oil he's using leave alone the filters. I'm not sure i even got an oil change. It'd be impossible to prove the oil was new!
I think I'll start requesting the old filter. Just for keeps sake.
