  • This place is really rude, when I call its as if I'm a burden and I am interrupting their busy schedule. I was not able to show up to an appointment and when I called to reschedule the rep made a few comments that made me feel pretty stupid. I actually asked the rep if me calling was a burden. I'm going to finish getting my contact prescription and go elsewhere, where the employees don't act as if they have something better to do. By the looks of it, it seems like this place has a lot of the same complaints , unfortunately this review will get nothing done because this is such a large corporation. But to those looking for an eye DR I would keep looking,
