  • I stay exclusively at Marriott for all of my business travels, and travel weekly for work. Last week while in Phoenix I decided to give this property a try and stay here due to the great price. When I showed up, the property itself was OK, but the location is sketchy at best. There were two people sitting directly across the small lot from the entrance doing drugs, and a homeless man arguing with himself while ripping apart the dumpster behind the adjacent breakfast restaurant. I called Marriott to change my reservation and tell them how surprised and displeased I was with this property, and it sounded like they were well aware of the issues, as they switched me over to the Happy Valley location no problem. I would not recommend this location....... Look elsewhere.
