I am updating my previous review and down grading it to 1 star. After leaving a bad review review regarding the extremely disorganized billing department. They had the nerve to send me a request to fill out another yelp review to let everyone know what we thought... Even though they are still sending me collection notices for someone elses installation. Where to begin?
After the last review I also recieved an email asking me to contact them regarding my previous yelp review saying they wanted to make things right. Also following our last review they somehow managed to mess up our bill again, and sent us an incorrect invoice and mailed it to the wrong address. When I contacted them regarding this review and to arrange to give them our money for a 3rd time, the offered to discount the wrong invoice back to the original invoice amount we had already paid 2 other times, but they refunded our money with no explenation why. The poor employee that was trying to resolve the issue was unable to acknowlege what the problem was, or that there had even been an issue. I have now spent the same amount of time helping them correct their billing errors than it took them to install the carpet, and they still dont recognize they are mailing me somone elses invoice. I am currently awaiting another call this afternoon from someone who has the authority to correct the bill. This back and forth trying to get them to take my money has now gone on for 3 months. I will be sure to update this review based on the resolution if/when it occurs.
