  • Where do I start. We went to Liberty last month to get a used truck for my husband's job. We live close by so we though we would check them out. The sales guy was easy to work with and had a good sense of humor (the only reason Liberty is getting 2 stars from me). When we found a truck that was for us we started negotiating and eventually bought the truck. We thought we got a great deal until less than two weeks later the transmission dropped. We had noticed it was slipping days after we purchased the truck so went in to see what they had to say. They denied knowing anything the owner was very dismissive to us. Needless to say they will not help us with the $3,500 transmission bill we have to replace it. They have poor customer service. SHADY DEALERSHIP
