  • Owner unfriendly, haircut was the worst I've ever received. I went in for a basic trim, and now it looks like she chopped chunks out of my hair, and the bangs are very obviously uneven. Called the owner, who couldn't have sounded less interested. Went there through Groupon, who were nice enough to refund my money. Now I will have to go somewhere else and will have to lose more hair to have it fixed. And to the person under filtered reviews who said that some of us were lying, you are entitled to your opinion, and I am entitled to mine. I'm very glad you have gotten good service, but my review is a completely honest account of my experience, and it would be nice if my comments were respected. I certainly don't question your experience, but I feel it is unfair to state that I or anyone else was lying.
