  • Today I decided that I should make filled chocolates as a nice xmas gift. I've never done this before so I needed to get a few tools like molds. I went to a few of the gourmet kitchen stores that I like, but none really had the right stuff for chocolate making. Enter Madame Gateaux. In this little shop, not only did I find both the equipment and the supplies that I was looking for, I also found someone who was willing to help me greatly. As the name suggests, the store is entirely focused on helping you get to the point where someone will make a television series about your cake making prowess.
