rev:text	i had a terrible experience at this store I went into buy my first pandora charm there. My son had purchased me a bracelet as a gift - and I just found out I was cancer free. the young salesman asked me if I had a bracelet -i said yes and then he walked off i followed him to the register paid and went home to my horror when I got home - i realized this charm wouldn't fit on my bracelet so I called the store. The woman I spoke with was lovely - the young man (who was quite rude when he got on the phone)blamed me as if this was all my fault saying he asked me if I had that bracelet - if he had been even a minimal bit customer service orientated this would never had happened but now I see from reading other reviews it isn't just me who has been treated badly. I hope no one ever talks to his mother the way he spoke to me. I realize I should have waited and let someone more mature help me but I just assumed if there was something I needed to know they would explain the system. Assumptions can be a problem. If hadn't assumed that a place that sold such lovely things would be kind. I will have to try not to tell my son about this - heartbreaking......
