rev:text	TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, if I could give 0 starts I would. Moved from out of state and it looked nice and they were friendly over the phone. Got there for move in day (after driving for 13 hours) and our A/c didn't work so it was 99 degrees in our 3rd floor apartment. Our bedroom window had a giant crack going from one corner to the next and could easily be pushed out, our whole set of keys didn't work also. We notified them as soon as we got there, in the middle of unpacking from the truck as well. It took almost a full month before any of that got fixed. The reason it took so long was because an employee kept putting that they completed our service request when it hadn't been fixed. When I went to the property manager she told me it was my fault that I hadn't just asked her for an extra set of keys. Even though I had put the request in 3 times. So she refused to help because it was "my fault". Next garbage disposal broke and was leaking all over our kitchen floor. That took a week to fix. Then it broke again. And then again. The pool is constantly closed. The apartments look like ass. Half the laundry machines don't work. The sprinklers don't spray right. NEXT, they tow my boyfriends truck for "expired tags, flat tire, no license plate". His license plate was stolen WHILE IT WAS PARKED AT THE APARTMENTS THAT HAVE "SECURITY", SO OBVIOUSLY WE CANT KNOW WHEN IT EXPIRES BECAUSE THE TAGS GOT STOLEN AND WE CANT DRIVE TO FILL UP HIS TIRE BECAUSE WE CANT LEGALLY DRIVE THE TRUCK BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE A PLATE OR TAGS. WE HAVE A POLICE REPORT THAT PROVES ALL OF THIS. Again, the property manager tells us that's our problem. Now it's $150 to get the truck out, they won't tow it back to us, and it's $20 extra every day it's there. Lovely. Fuck this place.
