  • Kent at AWS is a champ. I actually bought a bunch of my Viking Appliances online. Turns out, I shouldn't have. I went in for the first time to get a quote for a rangehood. I brought Kent a quote that I had from an online store based in CA. It was a pretty good price; about $5 over AWS's cost. Kent immediately went to bat for me; got the distributor on the phone, and figured out how to match the price. Honestly, I don't think they made much on the deal, but these guys are all about doing a great job for their customers. Kent also helped me out of a problem getting handles for my refrigerator -- a refrigerator I didn't buy from AWS. After scouring the Viking supply chain for the right handles and coming up empty, he pulled some from his showroom. Anyway, all around, these guys are great; and a surprisingly stark contrast against the other Viking guys across the street (Allstate).
