  • I lost my glasses in the airport on Saturday. They aren't even a month old. Needless to say I had to get more after they were never found. I went this morning to Optic Gallery and received prompt and efficient service. My spares were fixed, loaners fitted with rx, replacements ordered all in less than an hour without a appointment! This place is amazing and everyone in there is so polite and friendly. I sure didn't want to spend another 500+ on more glasses but the level of excellent customer services sure eased the pain. Of course I'll return...
