  • Worst experience! We thought it was a hot spot, it was not. It was more dead than our hotel pool! On top of it two cards were "declined" with money on them and when we asked for the manager a number of times he did not come. On top of it the staff were making fun of us in front of us very clearly! Once the card was approved the manager then showed his face and did nothing for us. This whole process took is an hour and a half. We will NEVER recommend this place. Worst service ever (gratuity is included and they didn't do anything) if I could give a zero star I would!
