rev:text	As a car owner, I would like to be treated with respect, and when I pay for services, I expect those services to be proportionate to the price paid. Unfortunately, at this location of Francis and Sons car wash, these expectations were not met. I paid for a "full service car wash", and was given a half-assed, semi-service car wash. The car was not cleaned thoroughly, for the seats still had hair and obvious debris. The windows still had some minor marks that would have easily come off if they had taken the time to attend to them. The lack of effort was clearly expressed in the work done. This sub-par service may have been forgivable, since it was offered at such a cheap price, if not for the awful customer service I endured. As a first-time customer, I expected to be shown where to wait and given an estimated time for the work to be done. However, I was left to wait for over 40 minutes, wondering when the hell my car would be finished. I was finally forced to ask an employee about the circumstances of my vehicle, only to discover that the work had already been completed, and no one had bothered to tell me. The employee simply laughed at me, and pointed in the general direction of a group of men. She informed me that I needed to cross the lot in order to retrieve the keys that had been waiting for me for an indefinite amount of time. During this wait time, many other customers were informed that their cars were ready. I did not receive such luxury. When I had finally been given the keys, I was delighted to find a dirty car. I would have been given better service by a group of blind high school cheerleaders. I will not be returning to Francis and Sons car wash.
