  • I never did write my review a couple years ago when I purchased my car from here. Trust me, I've purchased a lot of cars, my family has owned probably 20 or more Honda's in our lifetime and this was by far the worst experience by far. I'm mad that I actually went through with it and bought a car here. I won't say the salesman's name because it's been a couple years now but he played more games than a kid at a carnival. Seriously, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and that's what I ended up buying. It was a 2013 black Honda Civic Si. Where it was so annoying, unethical and unprofessional is when it came to the price. Okay, so I sit down with him and he goes to "run the numbers". He comes back with a payment pushing $700 a month FOR SIX YEARS!!!! The car was listed under 25k!! Do the math...doesn't make sense! I tell him this is CRAZY and I'm about to walk unless he comes back with his final price. He comes back at like $600!!! Dude, I've owned a 45k BMW Z4 on a 6 year loan for cheaper than that! He then says some line about he can only go back to the new car manager if I initial his little piece of scratch paper saying I agree to buy the car. Listen, dude, I'm very educated, I have a master's degree, and I'm not initialing your piece of paper. Seriously, this went on for about a half hour where he was almost begging me to initial his paper. Do you actually think even if I did initial this that you would hold me to that? Good luck, buddy. Long story short, I don't have time for games, as entertaining as it was becoming and I told him one last chance, bottom price, and then I'm leaving. Get this, he comes back and the payment is almost half of what he started at. That shouldn't even be legal. Seriously. I asked him if he would seriously be able to sleep at night without guilt if he actually scammed someone like he tried me. His response was that he has to make money....wow. This is why I'm mad I bought from this place. I feel bad for people who need a car, especially a Honda which are great cars for good prices and come here and end up paying hundreds more than it's worth. To me this is so unethical that it's appalling. For some time I wanted to pursue this and escalate it up to corporate Honda but didn't have the energy. My advice would be to steer clear of this place. Message me for more details if need be.
