  • Grabbed my go-to steak burrito at this location when I had to run a quick errand at the mall. First time at the mall food court and given my LOVE of Chipotle I thought it can't go wrong...and I was very wrong, sadly. The two stars are for the friendly staff who work here, but I can't give any star to the food. Flavor and quality of the steak were both unexpectedly disturbing. The meat did not taste fresh, was not properly seasoned / marinated / cooked. Certain pieces were a white-pink color, and there were a LOT of chewy pieces that looked like tendons. Also tasted kind of lamb-y, which I don't eat and it was disturbing. The guacamole was not the beautiful, appetizing green that I'm used to seeing. It was a grayish green and tasted very flat. The cilantro rice was also very flat - could not taste the cilantro. Please follow corporate's recipe closely and bring back consistency + quality. Thank you!
