  • Elitist snobs. It was 8AM. There's about 6 people behind the counter and only 1 cashier. I was patiently waiting for this 1 cashier to get her act together with everyone else. Then they finally open another register. Then comes a Seven star level Caesars Palace card member and he waits off to the side. After the second cashier asked me to step up. Then she goes excuse, he is a 7 star member and got his order first. And to top it off they got my iced Americano order wrong. How does anyone get that wrong?
