  • My experience has not been nearly as bad as others! It's not perfect here, but it's fine. It's quiet where we live (back, by the canal ), no roaches, no mold, no bed bugs. There are some maintenance issues, but there is new management and they've at least tried. We had a huge hole in the bathroom, they have filled it now but still haven't put the flooring down. The a/c units would be my biggest issue, as they just don't get cold properly. I love the view here, I'm from Texas and I promise I couldn't get this quality for this price there. I love my own little porch area, and people around me are extremely nice. The laundry room is nice & new management actually fixes the washer dryers, the pool is always clean, landscaping is nice and there is rarely ever trash around.
