  • Have taken my wife's car several times and have had a bad experience each time. Today it's inspection. In addition to the usual air filter replacement ploy, I was told the car would fail inspection without paying $60 for new wipers. The wipers work fine, so no need to replace in the first place, but $60 for wipers?! They cost $10 each, or less. Simple extortion - better pay up if you want to get passed... Update: after waiting 2 and a half hours, I got in the car and the engine barely ran! They forgot to reconnect the air hose. Unbelievable! This place failed at every step of the process. Since this is not my first bad experience here (actually my third, I must be a slow learner), never coming back. Ever!
