  • I have been going to Shayna's Nails & Spa for well over five years. In fact, I used to go to the same location when it was Lee Happy Nails. Shayna's Nails & Spa is owned by Thu Thu (pronounced Too) Nguyen and her husband Alan Nguyen and the experience is amazing EVERY time. Thu, Alan and their staff are focused on customer service and will do what is right when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thu is an amazing business woman and I admire her work ethic. I've read a couple of negative reviews that are very out of character and untrue - I hope that when people read all of the reviews, they side on the positive and give them a try. I've personally witnessed on two occasions where customers begin to complain and you can tell the entire scenario is a 'set up' to try and get free services. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean and inviting. They are professional and I have never felt that when they speak in their native language, that they are speaking about me or others. Thu is amazing at waxing, too! She is very careful to ensure that she gives the customer what they want and that they are comfortable.
