  • I'm shocked by all of the 5 star reviews! Because my first time here was nothing short of ridiculous. First off, terrible ventilation. I've been getting my nails done for years and it's just plain horrible in here. Secondly, I called and made an appointment for 2 kids and 1 adult to have pedicures and manicures. I specifically stated they are young girls and we wanted to sit together. I get here and waited 20mins after my appointment time for them to put me alone in the middle of 9 other women. I tried explaining that I made an appointment and gave specific requests which they said could be accommodated. I have the choice to wait at least 20mins for 3 seats to open together, which would be 40mins of us waiting past our scheduled appointment or sit at one end and my daughters in other seats randomly. Ridiculous. Since when do you schedule an appointment with multiple people and not have them sit together? Needless to say, we will not be back and I'll go across the street to Fancy Nails instead.
