rev:text	I had a nightmare at Brookstone in Las Vegas ?I brought a house at July?i remodeling my house for four months ?l am a person i want to buy all high end stuff ?i brought a lot of stuff at there for at least 10 yrs ? i had a Osim massage chair 20 yrs ago in Hongkong ?Many yrs ago i saw Brookstone had Osim ?at that moment i really want to buy but i live with my boyfriend he is not big fans of massage chair ?he yelled at me cause he dont want me to buy ?And right now i have my own place i cant wait to get a massage chair ?this coupon of month i went to Brookstone to find the best massage chair ?at the beginning i decided to buy Osim ? but all a sudden they had a japanese brand ? the most expensive massage chair in the world ?i tried for few times cause they had two difference chair ? one cost 6k something and another one cost almost 9k ?if u want real leather ? cost 1K more ?after i tried ? i dont want Osim anymore ? what u pay what u get ? i decided to buy either one ? and right now i finish renovating ?yesterday i went to there i want to try one more time before i buy ?at the beginning i tried the 6k first and some saleslady came to talk to me they were very nice ?when i moved to the most expensive chair? the saleslady her name was Rachel came to me and bother me ? i told her i want to buy this chair ? can u teach me how to operate it ? i hold the remote and she took it back from my hand and said u cant touch it ? she was so rude and she said u come here many time to try this chair and i was shock ? and i said this is a 10 k massage chair ? can i try more than one time and she said this is company policy and she talk to her manager ? honest i saw people they went to Brookstone abuse the chair ? they didnt take shoes off ? nobody say even a word ? they dont buy ?i heard a lot of people worked in Fashion show mall go to try ? they dont buy either ? but i am a customer want to buy but she gave me hard time ? i was so mad when the manager come ? i was shaking and the manager name was Nannette ? i told her my situation and she was on Rachel side ? and i want Rachel to apologize to me ? and she came to say sorry ? and i felt like she discriminated to me ? i walked by all the time ? she recogizes me ? everytime i carried a lot of stuff ?i shopped all the time at Fashion show mall ? people all know me ?i promise the manager in Brookstone i will buy from him but everytime when i walked by i didnt see him and i am a person want to keep my words ? really frustrated Brookstone hired this kind of people shit on their customer ? right now i still want to buy this chair but i dont know i buy it online or go back to let Rachel insult me and i dont think i need to put up with this kind of bullshit ? Brookstone need to teach their employee how to treat CHINESE right ? no matter u like it or not ? right now chinese is a big market on high end stuff?
