  • The worst place ever. Staff is so unprofessional. I regret taking my daughter there. They needed my daughters 6 month dental form. They supposedly called and requested the form from my daughters dental office and was unable to obtain it. When my daughter arrived to her appointment, they said they couldn't see her because they never recived the form. I called my daughters dental office and they mentioned that they never received a call or faxed request from coast dental. I work in a chiropractic office and I make sure that I have all results reports in patients charts before patient arrives to his/her appointment. Also, my daughter had a gold chain in one of her tooth due to a medical procedure. They took it off and threw it away. When i called and complaint, they didn't even say sorry. All they said was, well you never ask us to give it back to you. HELLO it is a gold chain, why would you throw something valuable to the trash. This place is defiantly a -5 star.
