Stay far, far away if you value your clothing. You spend time and money on your wardrobe, right? Then walk on by this place. The owners seem not to know anything about clothing. They ruined some of our pieces even after I deliberately reviewed the labels with them on dropoff. Plus they charge way too much: $25 to clean an admittedly cheap summer dress and $13.50 for a similarly cheap Bedo wool sweater which the woman insisted was cashmere. Has she ever felt cashmere? That wasn't it or even in the vicinity of it. Did she read the label that was clearly still right there? The hotel next door's cleaning rates are actually lower, I checked. So rudeness + lack of knowledge + overpriced + damaged clothing should tell you all you need to know.
