  • I feel shamed to have taken so long to write a review about this place... I have been a resident of Hayden Park for 6 months and had to say that I am very happy with my overall experience. I've lived in Scottsdale for a few years and know there are many luxurious apartments around. I've lived in one of them and yes it was a nice experience...BUT still attracted right out the college people who loved to party at night by the pool. And customer services were not that great. Hayden park is an older property, yet you can request for an upgraded room for an additional cost if it's available. Price is very reasonable for the location. I gave 4star because of two things. The one thing that I wish I had in my unit is more storage space... I literally don't have a place to put away any extra boxes or even vacuum:( And another thing would be that the door that connects from a hallway to the bathroom and one the connects from bedroom overlap. So you have to make sure one of them is closed before you open if that makes sense. Other than the feedback I've given, I love living here. I have a fireplace in my place, which makes the room cozy and home. Most importantly, the staff here, Danaan and Luke as well as the maintenance team (Mark and one another) are AMAZING!!!! They are so quick to take care of any issues you may have and SO caring. Thank you Danaan and Luke for creating a great experience!!!!!
