  • My daughter's bought me a gift certificate last year to get a mani-pedi. Yes, I took a long time to get there but there was NO expiration date on the gift certificate! When I tried to use the certificate for my service, the girl said I couldn't use it because the place already had 2 new owners even though it still had the same name! I was not happy but paid for the service. My daughter tried to call and resolve it with the manager or owner to no avail. Not only would I never go back there, neither would my daughter's. Some owners just don't get customer service. Wow!
