| - STAY AWAY FROM ABBEY DENTAL! 4408 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Abbey Dental is preying upon and taking advantage of senior citizens. This is the worst business to ever step foot into. Turn around and find another dental office to care for your dental needs. Your health, life and pursuit of a beautiful smile are worth finding another dental provider.
DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE.
My grandmother is wreathing in pain as a result of Abbey Dental poor judgement and lack of knowledge and care about my grandmothers preexisting health conditions and personal needs.
BEWARE!!
My Grandmother had some discomfort in one tooth, which is why she went to the dentist. The dentist told her all her teeth had to come out. She asked to go home and think about it. She had a good smile. She could eat comfortably. It was very expensive quote.(CASH ONLY!) She just wanted to think about and consult with someone. The dentist walked out and after a short while the Sales team came into the exam room. Abbey Dental sales team, four of them, bull dozed my grandmother into making a very expensive and poor decisions after she told the dentist she would like to go home and think about this procedure. They took advantage of he, made her feel inferior, and have now stripped her of her dignity.
Abbey Dental pulled out every single one of her teeth, all 23 of them. They promised her a "beautiful new set of teeth" in three weeks, than switched the date to six weeks or more.
She called Abbey Dental numerously to tell them something is wrong, and that the pain is terrible. Abbey Dental does not care. They tell her it is normal. The temporary teeth cause her to extreme pain, nausea, and sweats when she tries to where them. They tell her to keep trying to wear them, this is all normal. She is to embarrassed to go out in public when she has the energy to get out of bed.
NOW, she has been laid up in bed for 5 weeks in excruciating pain. She has lost a considerable amount of weight and had to be hospitalized.
THIS IS NOT NORMAL!
The appointment keepers talk to her like she is an idiot and forgetful, trying to take advantage of her being elderly and blaming her for their bad judgement and poor appointment setting.
The damage has been done.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE.
I believe in my heart the dentist of Abbey Dental may be good in there line of work, however the business and after care with this particular office is abominable and cruel.
I just hope to prevent anyone from going through a bad experience in their near dental future. Do the research, and follow your instinct.
