  • Having a weak moment, I bought a box of Mad Batter's Old Fashioned Sugar cookies while shopping at Max's Bakery over the weekend. They looked good, and I liked that the label indicated they are locally made. Yum! They taste as good (if not better) than they look. Just the right balance of soft and crisp. Melt in my mouth goodness! Admittedly, haven't been in the bakery itself, but after this winning pack of cookies, I will have to make a visit sometime soon!
