I had a horrible experience with a different Toyota dealership here in the valley that I won't mention. Comparing that experience with how I was treated at Toyota of Surprise was night and day. We negotiated the price over the phone and when we came in to sign the papers nothing had changed and they honored the price that we had agreed upon. Preston and Jonathan were easy to work with and there were no aggressive or strong arm sales tactics to try and get us into a deal that we didn't want. Really do your homework when buying a car, know what you want to pay and buy from an honest dealer like this one. You can separate the good dealers from the bad by looking at what type of Yelp rating they have and I wish I would've done that at the beginning. They'll definitely have my business in the future.
