  • Ok, I have no clue why people on here are hating on this company. I did the Groupon, called to ask what all it included and what other potential services I would need with cost, and confirmed my scheduled appointment. I spoke with Abraham and he was extremely pleasant, informative, and able to accommodate my schedule. Although the tech (Shawn) had to reschedule the cleaning due to a hose length issue, he was extremely courteous and apologetic for the inconvenience. We confirmed the date, the time, and they came and did an superb job on my carpets and slate. Shawn was extremely accommodating as he pretty much moved my entire furniture at my condo to make sure to do a thorough job. I was charged nothing additional for this service while his exact words were "my goal is to make sure my customer is satisfied, not up-charge you". These guys answered all of my questions, returned all my calls, and explained everything in specific detail. They didn't make me feel stupid nor discounted my ignorance. They are every bit as good as the leading companies and at 2/3 the cost. I highly recommend this company and feel people on here are very uniformed and do not have realistic expectations. I do not work for Zee Best Carpet, I am just a satisfied customer who is giving them deserved praise for a job well done. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend their services going forward. Don't always believe the negative reviews, most times people are just completely misinformed or just do not want to educate themselves.
