  • I walked in to drop off labs at 3, and had to wait an HOUR to be called to the desk. There were only three people in the entire waiting room! Then other people were being called BEFORE me! Nobody said to make an appt. to drop off labs! So please call and make an appt., even if you are supposed to drop something off! Time is valuable, and I just wasted an hour here because someone didn't scan for drop offs, or because you are supposed to make an appointment for drop offs, but nobody tells you!
