  • This place is a joke! No self respecting gym serves pizza and candy to its patrons. The manager is clueless as well as the staff. They have screwed up my monthly dues constantly. Their slogan is no judgments but if you are in shape, then other gym members give you dirty looks as if you don't belong. The final straw for me was when I was told I couldn't wear my gym attire ( workout bra top and a running skirt) which I had worn on previous occasions . I was told this by an employee with a ton of makeup on and short shorts. It was against their no judgment rules which is ridiculous . It is gym attire. I decided to go to Lifetime after that interaction where I was told that gym attire is welcome and not frowned upon. Planet Fitness should change its name to Planet Fat because if you are in shape, then you are made to feel not welcome. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If you are serious about working out, then I would suggest going to a real gym where people actually workout and don't sit on the machines forever while texting.
