  • I was not going to "Yelp" this until I read a post by another yelper. Last year we used these folks. After waiting over an hour for them to arrive, someone called and informed us that the truck had broke down and they were not sure when it would be repaired. We waited another two hours before I called back. No one seemed to know when nor was everyone's story exactly the same. They finally arrived 6 hours later. And they did a GREAT job. Fast forward to yesterday. They were to arrive here between 11:15 and 12:15. I rushed home to be here by 11:15. At 12:35 I received a call stating that a "hose had burst" and they were not sure when it would be repaired. They suggested later in the day or the next day. Even then, I was going to leave it alone until I read a very similar story from another Yelp review. Perhaps it's coincidental but it appears as if they need newer equipment or newer excuses. The gal on the phone could not be sweeter. Last year I loved their work. However, my busy schedule just cannot afford to try them again. I wish I could. I called another company and they had someone here by 2:45. He did a great job at a similar cost. I ended up tipping him $25.
