  • This Jiffy Lube is just fine and the front line guys are hard workers. The problem is the manager "Dale". Now I've dealt with Dale before at the Jiffy in North Las Vegas and he's out here in Henderson now playing the same game. He has tried talk me out of getting service and coming back later before and did it again today (third time). The front line guys complain of no communication here and in NLV when dealing with Dale and are visibly frustrated. With 4 cars in que Dale leaves the area leaving two workers, one being new, and they keep having to go find him.
