  • This Apple Store is a bit cramped and always crazy packed. I saw a man trying to maneuver his new iMac box on a dolly and barely made it through the furnishings and people. Every time I go there, I see an angry woman complaining about her iPhone and lack of Genius Bar appointment. Honestly, I would come here just to people watch LOL. Anyways, the staff is great. I go there to add Apple Care + to items I buy through the military exchange (saved on that 10% Kansas City tax!!!). They know exactly what to do, and I am in and out of the store in a flash!
