  • I do not recommend this hotel. As previous reviewer stated the toilet keep running and leaking. I notified the staff, they check it and I tried to convince them it need to be corrected to only have to be moved to another room the next day due to it not fleshing and water toilet over flowing. I had numerous issues with this location called general manager twice and didn't receive a call back. I was trying to resolve the issue instead of having to write the review. BE WARE 2nd floor elevator would not go to 2nd until it reach 3rd floor then you have to press the 2 floor button to take you to the 2nd floor . A cousin ask if the Jacuzzi works and if there was microwave in the room when she booked via phone hotel said yes. Jacuzzi didn't work and no microwave . The restaurant staff gets three thumbs up because of their kindness and courteous. Management lack of response about the elevator, Toilet and bill resolution in person or on the phone get 1 star. FYI- my cousin give the front desk check in staff 1 star due to she feels they were not courteous or helpful.
