  • If there was an option for no stars, this place is wouldn't even deserve 1. Terrible management, incompetent people who are dumbfounded by simple things such as incorrect charges on your rent and maintenance requests that take weeks to get resolved.... if at all. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone and would actually discourage anyone thinking about renting here. The dumpsters are always overfilled with trash, the pool water is murky, the front gate is always broken and in our 4 months there, the complex water pipes broke twice resulting in the water being shut down to the entire complex for hours at a time. There's a ridiculous amount of speed bumps and potholes, so good luck to anyone who gets a unit towards the back of the complex as you'll have to go through that back and forth anytime you want to come and go. Our bedroom window did not have a lock on it and even after requesting numerous times over a two week period, they never got to it. There was always an excuse; next one on maintenance's queue, parts on back order, parts being shipped... until we finally moved out. But the worst thing is that it is roach INFESTED. Not just a roach here or there... but literally armies of them. And no matter how clean you keep your home or how many times pest control comes, the problem doesn't go away or even get better in the slightest way. Just avoid this place all together. Not worth the headache and stress.
