  • Was excited to try them, as they were closer to my place, but unfortunately the person I had helping me was just not very knowledgeable, but to boot, he was super unfriendly. It's one thing to not know, and he could have asked for help, but he didn't he just had a big ego and tried to play it off, but it's another thing to have really crappy customer service. That's the one thing that I can promise will keep me from ever coming back.
