I'm from out of town, Western Washington State, so we pretty much know Fresh Good Sashimi and Sushi. I can't give FWS five stars but a strong 3+ stars. The waitress was less than stellar until we paid our $150 plus tip bill. All smiles then. However the #3 special for 4, a baked lobster roll, a tuna roll and 2 extra large Asahi and 3 regular Asahi beers; we'd give a 3+ rating. All the sashimi were pretty fresh but the tuna felt like it may have been previously partially frozen, good but less flavorful. The sushi chef made huge fish slices and served with a pretty nice presentation. All in all my friends from Sun City West would go back on their own again and I would too.
