  • I have only spoken with Myra by phone, but just wanted to give her a shout-out for her prompt reply and help. Over the holiday weekend, my pooch stuck her nose into a skunk's den. We tried everything that an online research brought up, but still had a lingering telltale odor. I left a message for Myra, and she very promptly called me back and gave me several tips for how to deal with the issue. Keep in mind, I have never been a customer, just called her based on her Yelp reviews. After speaking with her, I know I would not hesitate to take my fur baby there for grooming. She exhibited a professional, knowledgeable and courteous response to my stinky situation.
