Located just off Fremont Street (and diagonally from the Plaza Casino), it's worth stopping in here to check it out this old casino (which clientele skews asian and mature) and reload with cocktails at value prices. Together, a margarita - rocks - Patron and a Corona Light cost only $10, which is a pretty sweet deal for Las Vegas (even if it is well off the strip).
I bumped into a few employees here (including the bartender) and they all seemed pleasant. Finally, if you like the old school use of quarters for slot machines, CLANK-CLANK-CLANK, they still do it (plastic tubs and all) in some sections of the casino.
UPDATE - Last time I stopped by here (summer of 2016), they were renovating some areas of the casino, including updating to fancy restrooms.
