  • If you're picking up here on a weekend give yourself atleast an hour just to pick up a car. Staff are nice and don't blame them at all, they are equally frustrated I'm sure. Only two people at the desk who also seem to be responsible for cleaning and moving the cars. In addition to that they seem to have to go through more clicks on a screen than it takes to open a bank account.
