  • SCAM!! The girl who did my hair messaged me on Social media previous to my appointment. She told me it would be $120 for a balayage or ombré, I thought that was a great deal so I took up the offer, made an appointment for 2 weeks later. When I got there she told me her "boss" told her she could no longer honor the deal she made with me and that I would end up paying DOUBLE the amount she promised me... I don't know if it was actually her boss or her that scammed me. Although my hair looks good I am VERY upset with the customer service. I wouldn't have made an apt here if I would've known I would've ended up needing to pay double the amount I was promised.
