  • Thought I was making life easier for myself. I learned my lesson the hard way. Pack your own boxes for shipping, UPS packing service is a rip off. Shipping fees reasonable, Packing fees exorbitant. Plus 2 out of 3 staff members were working with the FLU!!! That is horrible for them and the customers. I'd like to give the owner a piece of my mind. One employee was outstanding, his name is Kyle. Good guy doing his best. Next time I will wait in line at the post office.
