  • I've been coming here to get my nails done couple of times now. I never had problems with them but last time when I went, my gel chipped within 3 days. So I went back to get it fixed and asked if they charge for a fix fee and they told me no. Great right? They told me it would be 15-20 min wait but I waited for more than 30 mins.. Which was fine because I'm usually pretty patient and I wasn't in a hurry.. so I used the time to look for my color but I couldn't find it.. Unfortunately, when they were finally ready for me, they couldn't find my color I had already on my nails either. The lady who was taking care of me asked if I want to put glitter on the tip of my nail to cover the chipped part since they can't find my color. Otherwise she told me she's gonna have to go darker in color in which I wanted to avoid. So I agreed to have the glitter. She was really nice that I was going to give her full $10 as tip, but when I went to the front, they told me that I owe them $7... what? I thought it was free? Is it because they added the glitter? Just because THEY couldn't find my color? It's partially my fault for not asking and I wouldn't have minded paying for the glitter but if it's gonna cost extra, they need to be letting their customer know. ESPECIALLY when they have asked for the pricing to begin with. Also, I'm not trying to be cheap but I've been getting my nails done long enough to know that usually, adding glitters is an additional $5. Not $7. So idk where this $7 came from. I was gonna leave $10 anyway so that's how much I left them leaving $3 tip. I'm pretty sure I'll still come back to this place to get my nails done as they usually do a pretty good job.. but I may just look around for another nail spot as well.
