  • Here's a quick review: Stayed here at Westin Kierland Resort. Concierge recommend this course. GOlF COURSE: 3 nine holes. played 7/31 Mesquite and Ironwood courses. Very forgiving course with wide fairways and easy greens. Well maintained from tee box to greens. Carts had navigation, cooler, and misters. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awful for the most part. -Bag drop guy at 10 am very friendly nice fella. -Guy at the shop doesn't even smile or greeted us, very unwelcoming. - Cart lady - was friendly and she came around often -Snack bar - very friendly lady - Bag drop guy at end of round - this was the first time at the course and we drove and asked him if we can drop off clubs. He said yes but scolded us about taking carts there. He told us to drive the carts back to the return area. Very unfriendly and angry. I keep my patience as I was with two sons. Conclusion- good course but some staff need a lesson in treating people with respect regardless of race. With so many courses in the area, I would think management would emphasize top service for all, not for just select people.
