  • I'll be honest. I haven't even bothered to try another dry cleaner in Charlotte. I came to this place because I get my alterations done at J'n'S two doors down. After my second trip here, they knew my preferences. By the third they knew my name. My clothes are always perfect. The staff is warm and friendly, which is a rarity these days for services it seems. The turnaround times are fast and they've handled any stains I've thrown at them with great care. The ONE time an item was pressed incorrectly (flat front pants where a crease was added) it was fixed promptly and SAME DAY. I doubt I would go anywhere else.
