  • As always, the return of shoes was easy, and the merchandise was top notch. My husband got a new pair of shoes, and my only complaint is that in most REI stores, although the staff is helpful, they don't measure your feet or make sure you've got a good fit for your type of feet and activity level. I've had better luck with small independent hiking/camping gear stores. Also, at this store, I couldn't find anyone to unlock a dressing room for me, so I put everything I was interested back on the racks. Once I finally did get some help, she did a great job, but they didn't have anything between a medium and xlg size, so, still out of luck! Still, I was happy to find an REI in Las Vegas, did not expect that!
