  • Purchasing from this dealership, if you can even consider them that, was the worst decision of my life.. It started out great, Roberto the seller/owner/partner, whatever he is, was a great help in the beginning. Him and his business partner/mechanic, have NO and I mean ZERO, communication between each other. I had test drove a used vehicle that had a significant engine vibration that was causing me to second guess the purchase. When my fiance came a week later to test drive the car himself he stated that the vibrations seemed like loose engine mount(s). When we got back into the office to talk about things Roberto told me, my fiance, and sister that their dealership would be willing to fix the causer of the vibration and actually gave me a signed "We Owe from Seller to Buyer" contract stating that this problem would be fix. After going back and forth for exactly ONE MONTH the repairs finally happened. I spoke with this partner Haukien and was informed my car would be ready for pick up Saturday, March 11th. Come last Saturday I did not receive any contact from this man so I texted him asking when I could pick up my vehicle. He then said it would be ready in about an hour and I could pick it up then, he also asked me what the agreement was between myself and Roberto at time of purchase about payment for repairs. I informed him that Roberto said it was not a difficult or costly repair and that in the "We Owe" contract it did not state there would be any costs on my part, as the buyer. He then rudely texted me saying "dealer ship is not responsible for repairing engine not full amount". He then proceeded to call me telling me there was no where on the "We Owe from Seller to Buyer" contract stating that they (the dealership) were responsible for all repair costs. He obviously does not know the first thing about signed law binding contracts and how they work... He then proceeded to say I could not pick up my car if I was not going to pay, this extremely disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL man held my car hostage. I had to rush over to their "shop" with my spare key in hopes that it was there. I called the police and my lawyer and they informed my what this man was doing was extremely illegal and that I, as the owner, had every right to take possession of my vehicle. So I had to steal my OWN CAR BACK from this jerk. This dealership seemed so solid at first but after having to deal with both of these unprofessional individuals for over a month I can whole heartily state, do not waste your time on this dealership.. They are 1. Not professional, 2. extremely rude, and 3. have ZERO communication as a business. I have already made a complaint with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau and have been informed by my lawyer that if they do not return my property (the spare key) I will be filing a civil lawsuit. So all in all if you don't have a month to waste, DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this place...
