  • Ugh. Highly overpriced, plastic-y, not-great-quality glasses only for people who want to waste money. Extreme and ugly with logos or weird colors does not mean cutting edge or stylish. Staff rude, rude, rude...they work as sales people only, not some sort of elite clothiers who try to make their clients look better...why they think they are superior to their customers is a mystery. They have bad taste too. This store is nothing like the old Sewickley eyeglass store of Dr. Pyle (which it replaced) where you got good service and good glasses. Best use of this sterile, cold atmosphere is to try on glasses, then hop online and buy them. Or go to a good independent that cares a little bit about customers. Don't waste your time here. Also note from other reviews of this chain that they refuse ANY and ALL refunds. Such "care" for customers. Ugh.
